Norman “Butch” Wayne Raymond passed away with family at his side in Portland, Oregon on March 2, 2022 at the age of 81. Butch was born on June 7, 1940 in Portland, Oregon to Norman and Louise (Haley) Raymond, and was a graduate of Jefferson High School.
On November 30, 1962, he married Chris Boden, and he is survived by Chris and by their three children, Janne Shaman, Lindsay Norling, and Steve Raymond, and grandchildren Hailey Samson, Alexis Shaman, McKenzie Shaman, ReAnne Olberding, Alyssa Norling, Seth Raymond, Chelse Albritton, Grace Raymond, and Lauren Raymond.
Butch worked in store fixture manufacturing and installation, eventually becoming a Carpenter Supervisor with Boden Store Fixture.
At his request, services will be private. He will be laid to rest near his parents at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
