Beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt & Friend, Ollie was born and raised in Sallisaw, OK and came West with her mother and siblings. She was a devoted mother to her children, loved her furbabies, and always shared her smiles and love of life with family & friends! Forever in our hearts, Ollie will be interred together with her beloved daughter Ella Bea Culp (1955-1998) and her beloved son, Milo Owen Culp (1956 - 2014) at Skyline Memorial Gardens in Portland. Sadly her other daughter, Valerie Jean Humphrey Perkins (1940 - 1991) left us too soon as well, and it is with great sorrow that we are separated from them now.
Ollie is survived by her grandson Brian, her granddaughter Cheryl and her 3 great grandchildren Billy, Brittany and Brianna. Memorial and Committal Service for family and friends of Ollie, Ella and Milo Culp held 11 am, Mon. Sep 21, 2015, at Skyline Memorial Gardens, 4101 NW Skyline Blvd., Portland, Oregon.
