Phillip Barry McGuire was born on August 27, 1918 in Portland, Oregon and died at the age of 92 in Gresham, Oregon. Mr. Mcguire was a business owner/machinist. He owned Zirca-tech Machine and Manufacturing in Portland, Oregon.
He is survived by his son, Doug McGuire and a daughter, Cheryl Marie McGuire.
