Phil survived by his father, Fred; older brother, Bob and younger brother, Greg; his elder son Nick and his girlfriend, Miranda, and sons, Landon, Gavin, and Oliver; and his younger son, Eric.
He was preceded in death by mother, Kathleen; maternal grandmother, Marion Garvey; and maternal grandfather, Dan Garvey.
He passed in his Vancouver Washington home on October 26, 2016.
The service will take place on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 1pm at Skyline Memorial Gardens, 4101 NW Skyline Boulevard, Portland 97229.
