Phyllis Lucille Darcy, age 96, of Clackamas, Oregon passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Phyllis was born May 6, 1926 in Winlock, Washington to Alta (Hughes) and Samuel Leathers.
Phyllis will be laid to rest in Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Portland, Oregon 97266-6937; Section: DD1, Grave: 62.
