A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday June 3, at Willamette National Cemetery under the direction of Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home for Phyllis M. Heyn, who passed away May 22 at age 83 in Boise, Idaho where she made her home the past nine years.
Mrs. Heyn was born Sept. 16, 1927 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She married Philip A. Heyn May 6, 1950. Phyllis was a faithful wife and mother following Phil's USFS work in Montana, Idaho, Alaska, and Oregon. She enjoyed skiing, skating, fishing, camping, boating, stamp collecting, reading, and photography.
Survivors include her sons: Mark (Cathy), Gregg (Mary), Neil and granddaughters Molly (Justin) and Emma. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all the wonderful angels at Legacy Hospice, Marqui NH, and Regency Columbia Village.
