Ralph A. Foster Jr, born in Forest Grove Oregon to Ralph and Lena Foster, passed away on December 29, 2011 in Portland, Oregon. Ralph graduated from Ashland High School in Ashland, Ore. In 1982 Ralp married Esther Ziegler in Vancouver Washington. Ralph worked many jobs, but retired from The Reynold's School District.
Family will have a Private Service at Rose City Cemetery.
