Randy was born April 27, 1958 in Vancouver, WA to his parents, Don and Dorothy .
Randy was laid to rest at Sunset Hills Memorial Park, 6801 SW Sunset Hwy, Portland, OR 97225, under the care of Finley-Sunset Hills Mortuary in a private ceremony surrounded by loving family.
