Renard Enrico Pulliam was born in Portland Oregon on March 6, 1966, the oldest of four, to parents Brenda Fern Roby Pulliam and Howard Eugene Pulliam. Although he couldn't possibly remember Renard would often brag about his early travels with his Renard attended Ockley Green Elementary and Lincoln High Schools (c/o '84) and spent his summers between his paternal Grandmother Margaret's and maternal Grandmother Sallie's homes - where he met and experienced a vast array of friends and family.
Renard worked various jobs before deciding to take on Plumbing in the mid 1990's. When he wasn't working a steady plumbing job, Renard would work at KneedSpeed - a plastic fabrication company - where he was employed, on and off, for over 20 years.
Renard loved children and happily took on big cousin and uncle duties, helping to raise his aunt's and sister's children. He was brought the most joy when his daughter, Reyna was born, followed by his son Renard A. He loved his children with all his heart.
In 2003, Renard started spending time at the Chehalis Indian Reservation with his son, Shayden's mother and her older sons Russ, Ryan and Skyler and daughter-in-law Talisa. They thought highly of Renard and considered him a father. His "grandchildren" Jeremiah, Laela, and Taryn affectionately called him Black Grandpa.
Renard loved music, fireworks and especially DOGS! If he didn't have his own, he would gladly tend to his nephews' dogs and was considered a foster parent to Candyman, the family pitbull.

I give you this last thought to keep
I'm with you still, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am The Diamond glint on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle Autumn rain.
When you wake in morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of powerful Eagles in circling flight
I am the moon and stars at night.
Do not think of me as gone
I am with you still, at each day's new Dawn.
Remember Renard and the laughter that followed...
