A funeral service for Richard will be held Monday, September 29, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at External Service Location, 15555 SW 98th Ave, Tigard, OR 97224. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Sunset Hills Memorial Park, 6801 SW SUNSET HWY, PORTLAND, OR 97225.
