A visitation and memorial gathering will be held at Skyline Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home, 4101 NW Skyline Blvd., Portland, Oregon, on Saturday, May 7th, 2016, from 1-3pm. Richard will be laid to rest with Military Honors in Skyline Memorial Gardens in the garden of Everlasting Life.
