Robert Franz was born Feb. 18, 1924 in Portland, Ore. He passed away Aug. 9, 2016 in Portland. A memorial service will be held Sept. 6, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Christ the Teacher at the University of Portland. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Robert Franz Cancer Research Center or to the University of Portland. Arrangements under the direction of Zeller Chapel Of The Roses.
