Robert Martin Kvinge

Robert passed away peacefully, in his sleep on June 10, 2023 at the age of 93. He was the beloved husband to Laura (deceased) for just short of 59 years, and father to Mary Perdue (husband Carol), Carol Radabaugh (husband Ben), Richard Kvinge (wife Trudy, deceased) and Martha Kelsey (husband Steve). He is survived by grandchildren Brad, Tracey, and Scott, and great grandchildren Kirsten, Dustin, and Hollis.

Bob retired from both the US Air Force and the US Post Office. Bob served in the US Air Force during the Korean and Vietnam wars in a supporting maintenance role. He was awarded the US Air Force Commendation Medal for meritorious service, recognizing his outstanding professional skill and initiative.

While Laura was alive, you could find the two of them spinning around the dance floor. Bob had a passion for reading, always having a book with him. He loved a good game of dominos, frequently beating the pants off his opponents. He enjoyed going to has neighborhood tavern for a drink to visit with friends and having a good laugh.

Bob will be missed by all his family and friends. Per his request, there will be no service. Anyone wishing to honor him may make a donation in his name to any of the worthy veteran charities.
