Roger Bruce Tulley, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and community member, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2025, at the age of 86.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, to Cecil and Ethel Tulley, Roger was a proud graduate of Lincoln High School, Class of 1956. Shortly after graduation, he served his country honorably as a military radio operator in the United States Marine Corps for six years.
In 1971, Roger married the love of his life, Loretta Tulley. Together, they shared 54 years of marriage filled with love, laughter, and family.
A hardworking and honest man, Roger was a successful small business owner and a proud, longtime member of the Southwest Hills Kiwanis Club, where he served for over 50 years.
He had a deep love for the outdoors and found joy in gardening, woodworking, and exploring nature. He was passionate about volunteering and giving back, always putting his community and family first.
Roger is survived by his beloved wife Loretta; daughters Katie Berberick and Michelle Cortez; grandchildren Erinn Berberick, Joshua Berberick, Sierra Lawson, and Vincent Lawson; and great-grandchildren Jakob, Logan, and Waylon.
He will be remembered for his integrity, dedication, and the way he lived life fully and on his own terms. Roger’s legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
