Ronald Stewart Johnson

He’s preceded in death by his wife Helen Johnson and his sister Candy Johnson

He is survived by his two daughters, Karlene Thompson and Karmen Flatin; his brother, Vern Johnson; four grandchildren, Joe Flatin, Michelle Boyd, Timothy Flatin, and Madison Flatin; and one great-grandchild, Brinley Boyd.

Ron proudly served two years in the United States Army and devoted 40 years of service to the United States Forest Service. Over the years, he was actively involved in 4-H, and alongside Helen, was instrumental in the development and implementation of the Banks-Vernonia State Trail. He and Helen were also a part of the Washington County Elections.
