Rosealice "Penny" L Sittner, died peacefully at the age of 93 in Estacada, OR. She was born October 6, 1930 in Erie, PA. In 1947 she and her family moved to Gresham, OR where she graduated from Gresham High school with a 4.0 in 1949. She participated with the band as head majorette. After graduation she moved to Milwaukie, OR then in 2004 to Estacada, OR.
She head a deep passion for history & genealogy. She spent many years researching & collecting her family records. She traced her ancestry all the way back to the Mayflower.
Rosealice worked many years in accounting for Fred Meyer's, then Mac Truck & finished her career with Budget Financing.
Rosealice had 3 sons & two daughters, who she loved with all her heart. Preceded in death by her loving husband George, daughter Barbara, and two sons Wayne Myers & Roger Myers. She is survived by her son Brian Sittner of Estacada, daughter Gail Hayes of Estacada, & sister Phyllis Owen of McMinnville, OR.
Rosealice had a strong faith in God & loved her family and friends dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Peace Lutheran Church in Estacada, OR at 4pm on April 12, 2024.
