Ruthanne Kathryn Kimble

She was a kind, curious, creative and generous woman who will be dearly missed by those who loved her and saw past her struggles to the sweet soul that she was.

Ruthanne was born May 1st, 1983, in Long Beach California, to Earl and Rita Kimble. She spent most of her adult years living in Portland, where she met many wonderful new friends who enriched her life. She loved big- her family, friends, nature, and animals. She was one-of-a-kind, and we so loved that about her.

She will be greatly missed by her loving mother, Rita; her Aunt Ruth and Uncle Paul; Aunt Sally; her special friend, Venny Nieto, who cared for her during her illness; her half siblings, Susan, Jane, David, Cindy, Bill; and many other family members and friends.

Ruthanne was preceded in death by her loving dad, Earl; her grandparents; her Aunt Anne; Uncle David; childhood friend, Summer; and her precious kitty/best buddy, Peajay.

Zeller Chapel of the Roses Funeral Home in Portland is making the arrangements, and words of remembrance of Ruthanne can be sent to them, to be forwarded to her mother. Due to Covid, memorials will be planned for later dates.

We will never forget you, our sweet Ruthanne, and we will miss you forever.
