I was just heartbroken to hear of Shannon's passing a few days ago. I knew Shannon for almost a decade; she was a very tender, caring, and warmhearted person who really lived for her family. Shannon was very concerned that her family would be OK after she was gone, and treasured every get-together of the past year, while knowing it would be her last.
Shannon was a compassionate person who deeply cared about those less fortunate.
Shannon, if you're listening, Happy Birthday! You are missed.

Shannon was always so sweet when I needed help to track someone down on the 4th floor at the City of Beaverton or needed information on a local project. She is GREATLY missed in our building and day to day presence in the work week. My heart, all of our hearts go out to your family.

You were one of the most generous neighbors and I always loved sharing our Connor and Jack stories when they were babies. I know how much you loved and adored your family. I always admired your love of reading :) Peace to your family and rest in peace.

I will never, ever, look at a black and white cow without smiling and thinking about Shannon. One of my earliest and fondest memories was when she showed up at one of our gang's annual Halloween parties dressed in the funniest cow costume - big old udders on her tummy and all! Until that moment, Shannon seemed like such a shy and introverted member of our group of friends. She certainly broke that perception and surprised every one if us!

Shannon, you will be forever loved and missed by those whose great fortune it was to have met and known you. We will keep you in our hearts always, and our memories of you will continue to bring us joy.

Peace.

Shannon always had an approachable, authentic way about her and looked for ways to show kindness to others. Shannon volunteered at our daughters elementary school and was always a friendly mom! I appreciated that she kept an eye out for my quiet daughter. I will always be grateful when she called me once about something that was happening at school I didn’t know about, then offered to help me support my daughter at home. It meant so much to me.

I had the pleasure of working with Shannon while at American Paper Converting. She was my contact at CH Robinson and was always a pleasure to work with. I will always remember when she came to visit me and I had made a baby blanket for her. She got the biggest smile and gave me a big hug.
Shannon will truly be missed.
