Shin was born to Kinzo Sugiyama and Tsuru Watanabe in Watsonville, California. He is preceded in death by his parents and loving spouse, Marie (Takagi) Sugiyama. Shin is dearly missed and fondly remembered by many family members and friends.
Shin is in the care of Skyline Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home in Portland, Oregon.
