November 15, 1940 – September 1, 2019
With profound sadness we announce the passing of Stefanie Bogue, our loving and devoted mother, grandmother, wife and friend to all whose lives she touched. On September 1, 2019 she left us peacefully with her family and friends surrounding her. She was in her 78th year.
Born in Brooklyn, New York on November 15, 1940, she witnessed incredible changes to her world.
She met her loving husband, James (Pudge) Bogue, who served in the United States Navy. The two were married in Brooklyn in 1968, then settled in Portland, Oregon in 1978. She was the beloved mother of Jennifer and James, and proud grandmother of Ethan, Brooke and Georgia.
Stefanie lived a full life as a wonderful mother, homemaker, and she also worked for the VA. She loved to read, kept and immaculate house, and enjoyed her weekly outings to the malls and shopping with her family.
Most of all, she loved her family and instilled in her children and friends strong values that have served them well.
This great lady will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

Stephanie was a beautiful soul, lovely friend and an inspiration to all that knew her. Stephanie loved her family and held her loved ones close. Stephanie was so proud of her children and delighted by her grandchildren. She maintained relationships for life and was often planning family celebrations.
Always offering a kind word and a smile, Stephanie was a true friend. I miss her.

May you find peace during this difficult time with your loss of Dear Stefanie. She must be feeling the warmth and love of those who passed before her.....including my Mother, Pat Permenter, who adored her Aunt Stefanie. We send our deepest condolences.
