Steven Wayne Anderson

Steven Wayne Anderson was born on March 20, 1953. He attended school at Inkster-Midway and graduated in 1971. After a brief stint in college, he joined the Air Force in 1972. He was stationed at Ellsworth AFB through 1974 and after spending several years in Korea, was discharged from Lompoc, CA on June 24, 1976. After he left the service, he moved to Portland and worked a number of years for American Steel. He then went to work for AFI Fueling Co. and he stayed there until he retired due to health reasons in 2015.

Steven married his long time fiancé, Carol Gregory, on July 15, 2004.

Steven is survived by his wife, Carol, mother, Thelma Anderson, brother, Michael (Marella) Anderson, two nephews, Bryce (Kathy) Winjum, Lee (April) Anderson, two nieces, Vicky (Chris) Endres, Angie Franklund, aunts, Aurel Wood and Betty Anderson, his birth brothers, Jeff (Sheryl) Wood and David Wood, a brother-in-law, Steve (Carol) Gregory and a number of cousins, great nieces and nephews.

Steven was preceded in death by his father, Richard Anderson and a brother, Von Anderson.
