You have been gone long enough, I need you to come home.

I missed you quietly
I missed you quietly today.

I missed you as I climbed out of bed and as I brushed my teeth; when I waited at the lights on the drive into the big city.

I missed you as ate my lunch and when I got back to my dad’s tiny house and when I climbed into bed.

I missed you without tears or noise. But I felt it so loudly.

I felt it in every waking moment, with every breath I took, each one heavier and heavier as the weight of me missing you kept growing and growing.

Yes, I missed you so quietly today.

But I felt it so loudly.
I love you so much, you deserved so much better.

Brothers together again. I love you both so much. I will see you both soon.

I had a start named after you. The certificates now hang on the wall next to your brothers, I have included anphoto of both of yours. I hope you have found each other up there. I love you so much, I am so very sorry for not being better and being able to save you. I will never be OK without you two but I will keep a smile always because that is what you did. I miss you.

LOVE UR LIL BRO

The first time I met Steven was some random week day in the middle of the night. My mom was drunk and we had taken the wrong bus and gotten lost, with nowhere to go. My mom was mainly out of it, one of the few things I could decipher from her was “go to Steven” and vague directions. By the grace of god, I managed to find where the hell she was talking about after hours walking around portland in the dark. At this point, Steven was living in a small van on the side of the road. When we arrived, I knocked on the van and he came out. Without questions asked, he saw my drunk mom and immediately took her in for a hug and told her to lay down. He then turned to my boyfriend and I (having never met us before), and my baby nephew, and said to make ourselves at home. That whatever he had, however big or little, was ours, and that he loved us. He said he had to get up early the next morning to do some jobs, but that afterwards he wanted to hang out and get to know us and in the meantime to get comfortable and get some rest. That’s just the type of person Steven was. So big-hearted, generous, kind, loving. I only ever knew Steven when he was already at a point of his life where he had lost himself, and I can only imagine what he was like before he reached that point because even in the darkness that I knew him in he was a light. He will be so missed, but I find solace in the fact that he no longer feels the pain that he once did, and instead only feels the deep love that he himself spent his time on earth spreading.

I can't believe you and your brother and Eric too all left before me. I don't know how to learn to live without you here, I need you here. I will see you all soon. I can't even stand it.

Steven. I Am Here Thinking About You And Remembering The Time You Came To California With Your Mom. You Were About Eleven Years Old. You Had Never Met Me In Person. Your Mom And I Were Telling You About The Time That Our Uncle And His Friend Hung Her To A Telephone Pole By Her Belt Loop On Her Jeans, She Hung There Until She Dropped. You Thought We Were So Funny, You Laughed So Hard. I Will Keep The Sound Of Your Laughter In My ❤️
I Love You Steven.
Rest In The Arms Of Your Angels Now.

Steven- I’m at a loss for words right now because I’m not supposed to be writing this yet. I feel like you haven’t even gotten the chance to live life yet. We started off pen pals and became true friends for many years to come. I’m sad to admit that we drifted apart the last few years and I ran into you a while back and you were not the same as you once were. Life has taken its toll on a lot of people and the lack of love and compassion is a true tragedy. I’m sorry I never came back to check on you or to make sure that your ok. I will always remember you full of life and energy with the biggest heart seriously full of love. Some people misunderstood you but I didn’t and I wish I could tell you one last time how important you are to me and that I love you but I know that you know this. Rest in peace my friend god bless your soul. I will miss you so much!!

Love you more. Rest in Love my son but not for to long. I hope you go chasing angels. I will see you in my dreams if I ever wake up from this nightmare. So hard to wrap my head around the fact that you both left without me. 💔 Miss you every second of everyday. Your son will be ok.

It saddens me more when I read of the passing of young people. Steven was just 36 years old, same as my son. The transient nature of life makes us want to really enjoy life, just as our creator Jehovah purposed. And very soon that purpose will be realised. Look toward the resurrection of your beloved Steven. Think about the wonderful memories you shared with him. Smile despite the grief. Once again sincerest condolences . Kindest regards. Yvette
