Thomas Albert Driscoll
March 6, 1949 – May 16, 2018
Thomas Albert Driscoll, 69, formerly of St. Peters, Missouri and Oxford, Wisconsin passed away peacefully on May 16th, 2018.
Born on March 6, 1949 to Gilbert and Margaret Driscoll (nee Pike), in Fort Dix, New Jersey. He graduated from Westfield High school in 1968 and served honorably thereafter in the Army National Guard. Upon return, he worked as an electronics technician for many years.
Tom married Melody Morgan on December 27, 1969 in Oxford, Wisconsin. Together they raised four wonderful children; Melissa, Stefanie, Josh, and Matt. Tom enjoyed reading his Bible, Outback Steakhouse ribs and blooming onions, photography, and his kitty cat, Riley. Tom also enjoyed being a HAM radio operator – call sign WB9YUE.
Tom is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Melody, children; Melissa of Portland, OR, Stefanie (Phil) of St. Peters, MO, Josh of St. Peters, MO, and Matt of Portland, OR, brothers; Jerry (Janet) Driscoll, Michael (Rosy) Driscoll, brother in law; Otis Mann, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Margaret Jean Mann and Gilda Kay Driscoll, brothers; Kenny Driscoll and Gilbert Driscoll Jr.
Tom will be fondly remembered by those who loved him. Per his request, private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to OHSU Harold Schnitzer Diabetes Health Center at onwardohsu.org/donation.
