Tran Nguyen Thao peacefully passed away in Portland, Oregon on Saturday, October 25, 2014. She was born in Quang SOn, Vietnam on September 3, 1994. She eventually moved with her family to Portland, Oregon. The family appreciates all the prayers and kind thoughts during this difficult time.
