Tsung was born in Chanhua, Taiwan on March 7. 1940. He is survived by his loving wife, children, and many friends and loved ones.
A funeral service for Tsung will be held Friday, May 31, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Finley Sunset Hills Mortuary, 6801 SW Sunset Hwy, Portland, OR 97225.
Following the funeral service will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Sunset Hills Memorial Park in the Garden of La Cresta, 6801 SW Sunset Hwy, Portland, OR 97225. A memorial reception will take place immediately following back at Finley Sunset Hills in the Godiva Room.
