Vicki was born in Portland as the youngest of 3 children to parents Leonard and Cleo Kisor on July 29th, 1949. She spent her early childhood in San Diego, then graduated high school after her family moved to Waldport, Oregon in 1967. Vicki ran the Prineville Liquor Store for nearly 25 years and raised her daughters in Prineville, Oregon. Mom loved her family, being taken out to lunch or dinner, talking to her friends, HGTV, getting her nails done, being pampered, and her beloved bulldog, Gracie. She was a firecracker, and also the kindest person you could ever meet. Vicki was a one-of-a-kind gem of a human being, and is currently in Heaven sipping a Diet Pepsi, playing cards with family and friends, and giving Jesus a hard time. We love you mom, and we will never forget you.
Vicki was preceded in death by her son, Rogan Kimberly; parents Leonard and Cleo Kisor, her sister Lenita Burrows, and brother Randy Kisor. She is survived by her daughters Jennifer Newman, Melissa (Randy) Pruitt, and Amanda Cornelius; grandchildren Cody, Mariah (Tanner), Cameron and Ryan; Great grand-daughters Paislee and Hadlee; and nieces Amy and Kimberly. Vicki also leaves behind a plethora of friends and ex-husbands who all loved her and will miss her dearly.
We will be having a party for mom on Saturday, January 13th at 11am at
Bumpers Bar & Grill Banquet Room- 21935 NE Halsey St Fairview, Oregon 97024
