Vince is preceded in death by his mother, Golda Scriven; and his sister, Joy Davis (Scriven).
Vince is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Holli Scriven; his father, Dennis Scriven; his sons, Ryan Smith and Jake Scriven; and two grandchildren, Rylee and Uilliam Smith.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Skyline Memorial Gardens, in the Skyline Chapel, at 4101 NW Skyline Blvd., Portland, OR 97229, on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 6:30 pm. All are invited to attend.
