Val Sebesta died January 14, 2015. She was born in Hamill, South Dakota to John and Anna Maska. She was married to George Sebesta in 1947. They made their home in Colome, South Dakota until 1989, at which time they moved to Portland, to be closer to family. She was preceded in death by her husband . Her daughters, Janine and Georgene,and grandson Justin survive her.
