William Tunstall, 93, of Portland, was born in Springfield, Ma, to Frank and Julia Tunstall. He joined the Navy and served as an aircraft mechanic during WWII. He met his wife, Dorothy, in Seattle and they were married for 69 years. He retired from Pacific NW Bell in 1973. They raised three children; Sally Arvidson, Gerry Tunstall, and Julie Tunstall. He had 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
