Frederick A. Fisher, 55, of South Colton, died on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 while at home under the care of his two loving sisters, Lisa and Deborah, his aunt Judy, loving friend Peggy Shea and Hospice and Palliative Care of the St. Lawrence Valley.
Frederick is survived by his son, Rosco P. Coltrane; his mother, Mrs. Donald (Mary Ann) Fuller; Mrs. Daniel (Lisa) Davis; and Mrs. James (Deborah) Champagne; six nieces and nephews, Kassie, Tiffany, Jeremy, Corie, Matthew and Addyson.
He is predeceased by his father Elmer A. Fisher and brothers, Stephen, Tony and Larry.
Fred was born in Potsdam on September 9, 1958 to Elmer and Mary Ann (Varney) Fisher. He enjoyed spending time with his German Shepard Rosco and friends and family. He had a passion for the logging industry and other outdoor activities.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no funeral or calling hours. Private burial services will be held at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Colton, in the Spring.
