Mrs. Janice M. Corbett, age 72 of Potsdam, New York passed away on Friday, September 30, 2011 at her residence in the village of Potsdam while under the care of her family and the Hospice and Palliative Care of the St. Lawrence Valley. There will be no calling hours or funeral service. There will be a private burial at a later date. Contributions in her name can be made to the Hospice and Palliative Care of the St. Lawrence Valley. Arrangements are with the Garner Funeral Service in Potsdam, NY.
Janice is survived by her daughter Karin (Randy) Russell, a grandson Ryan Russell and a brother Conrad Stebner. She is predeceased by her parents and her husband Robert Corbett.
Janice M. Corbett was born on March 12, 1939 to the late Edward and Shelly Ferry Stebner in Potsdam, NY. She was a graduate of Potsdam Central School in 1957. On February 20, 1960 she was married to Robert Corbett. Janice was a homemaker. Condolences online can be sent @www.garnerfh.com.
