Shirley Sharlow

Shirley Sharlow, age 97, of Hudson, Florida and formerly of Potsdam, NY passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024. at the Marliere Hospice House in New Port Ritchey, Florida. She married Francis B. Sharlow on July 2, 1946. She is predeceased by Francis who died on October 15, 2004, her parents George and Alma Brien LaPointe, sister Genevieve LaPointe Miller and brother Wayne LaPointe. Shirley is survived by her son Thomas Sharlow and his wife Barb of Gulfport, MS, daughter Susan Sharlow of Hudson, FL and daughter Anne Sharlow Smith of Eustis, FL; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Shirley is also survived by her very special friends Father Terrance Patterson of Parishville, NY Pat LaRose and family of Norwood, NY and Shirley Chrisman of Potsdam, NY. Contributions in Shirley's memory can be made to the Potsdam Humane Society @ 17 Madrid Avenue, Potsdam, NY 13676. Arrangements are with the Garner Funeral Service.
