Lewis Earl Reeve

Lewis was born in Bath, NY on September 5th, 1938, the son of the late Velma Root Reeve and John Stevenson Reeve. Lewis enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was an over the road tractor trailer driver for many years.

Lewis is survived by his sons, Samuel (Michelle) Reeve of Geneva, Scott (Kathy) Reeve of Bath, Steven (Alberta) Reeve of Bath; daughters, Sherri (John) Ballem of Prattsburgh and Sandra (Kevin) Bodine Colf of Stanley; Twenty Grandchildren; Two great grandchildren; and one brother, David (Linda) Reeve of Penn Yan. In addition to his parents, Lewis was predeceased by his wife, Barbara Bodine Reeve in 2004; his sister, Ella; and brother in law, Arthur Bodine.

Friends and family may call from 11am to 1pm on Friday, November 7th, 2014 at the Townsend-Wood Funeral Chapel, 201 E. Elm St., Penn Yan, NY 14527, where his funeral will follow at 1pm. Interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Penn Yan, NY. Memorial contributions may be made in Lewis’ memory to the Pulteney Volunteer Ambulance, 9203 Cty Rte. 74, Pulteney, NY 14874.
