Sean was born in Canandaigua, NY on December 4th, 1973 to Charles H. and Carol K. Moore. Sean had driven trucks for Swift Transportation out of Syracuse, NY. He loved working with wood and cooking. Sean is survived by his loving mother, Carol; sisters, Patricia Moore and Susan (Charles) Darrin; brothers, Kevin and Timothy Moore; four nieces and 3 nephews; and three great nieces and nephews. Sean was predeceased by his father, Charles H. Moore and brother, Gary Moore.
Graveside interment will be held on Tuesday, July 12th, 2016 at 10am Overacker Cemetery in Middlesex, NY. Arrangements are with the Bottoni Wood Funeral Home, Prattsburgh, NY.
