Stephen W. Bixler

Steve was born in Geneva, NY on October 24, 1947, the son of the late, Lester and Ruth (Gulvin) Bixler. He graduated from Geneva High School and worked for over 30 years as a painter for Coach & Equipment in Penn Yan. He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davison Motorcycle, shooting skeet and hunting.

Steve is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Cindy Bixler; his stepchildren, Keith and Catherine VanOrman and Geri-Lynn VanOrman; Five Grandchildren; and One Great Grandson.

In keeping with Steve’s wishes there will be no prior calling hours or service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Steve’s memory to Scholars for Dollars/Victor Central School Wrestling Scholarship: Cody Bennett, 953 High St., Victor, NY 14564.
