He was born in the Town of Pulteney January 1st, 1936 to Cecil and Almeda Mae Lamphear Horton.
He is survived by two brothers, Roger and Melvin both of Prattsburgh.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday February 21 at the Bottoni- Wood Funeral Home. Burial in the Rural Cemetery will be in the Spring.
