Carl Bracken Cobb

He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Jean Rae Dobbs Cobb. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Calvin Cobb and Bernice Lauren Davies; sisters, Mitt Houston and Betty Ann Edwards and brother JC Cobb. He is survived by sister Mary Jane Boyer (Charles) and brother Buddy Cobb (Betty Jean). Two sons, Fred Dobbs (Cynthia) , and Kyle Dobbs (Lynn). Three granddaughters, Kristin Dobbs King (Tom), Courtney Dobbs, Morgan Dobbs Gray (Clark). One Great Grandson JT King and numerous nieces and nephews.

He retired after numerous years from Allstate Insurance. He was a member of Millbrook Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be at Wadsworth Baptist Church, Deatsville Alabama on Thursday December 31st. Visitation will be held at 10:00 am with Chapel Service at 11:00, graveside to follow. Pastor Jerry May of Millbrook Methodist Church and Pastor Josh Pendergrass of Wadsworth Baptist Church officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Fred Dobbs, Kyle Dobbs, Kenny Wayne Boyer, Leon Willis, Warren Burt, and Mike Cobb.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wadsworth Baptist Church and Millbrook Methodist Church, in memory of Carl Cobb.
