Carolyn Leigh Bent, age 81, of Prattville, Alabama, passed away of May 16, 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter E. Leigh and Dorothy O. Leigh. She is survived by her husband George R. (Bob) Bent; children Jennifer Neugent (Chris) and Robert Bent; and her grandchildren Will Davis (Kelly) and Sophie Bent. She is also survived by her three sisters, Gaile Price (David), Rebecca Carter and Debbie Watts (Mark).
Carolyn was an active member of the church and several civic clubs including Pilot Garden Club and Prattville Study Club. Carolyn was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
A Celebration of Carolyn's life will be Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 178 E. 4th St. Prattville, Alabama 36067 at 11:00 AM. A reception and visitation will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
