Frances Joann Carter

Frances Joann Carter, 90, of Prattville, Alabama, passed away February 18, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Carter and daughters, Barbara Ann Howard and Brenda Kaye DeMo; grandchildren Kathy Howard and Freddie DeMo and her parents, Ellie and Eula Frances Chambliss; brother, Ellie Lee Chambliss and sister Joyce Lee Pittman. She is survived by her son, Thomas J. Carter (Rita); grandchildren, Angie Carter and Matt Carter and 4 great grandchildren; brothers, Tom Chambliss and Robert Alan Chambliss and sister, Martha Nell Rambo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside service for Mrs. Carter will be Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Oakhill Cemetery, Prattville, Alabama with the visitation from 10:00 -11:00 AM at Ridouts Prattville Chapel. Pallbearers will be Robert (Bob) Pittman, Lee Pittman, Joey Groves and Gerry Groves. Jack Jackson will officiate.
