Francis Carlos Mann

He was preceded in death by his parents James Russell and Mattie Lou Smith Mann; three brothers, Austin, Thomas and Herbert; three sisters, Jeannie Barber, Margaret Mann and Myrtice Graydon.

He is survived by his wife Lugenia (Lu) Nelson Mann; two daughters and sons-in-law, Vicki and husband James Gillespie; Jennifer and husband Jimmy Wayne Townsend; three granddaughters, Amy Gillespie Smith and husband Sgt. David C. Smith, Ashley Gillespie McKenzie and husband Kyle, Katie Townsend; two great grandsons, Cayden McKenzie and Chase Smith; special niece Jackie and husband Robin Campbell; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family expresses deep appreciation and thanks to Alacare Home Health and Hospice for their loving and caring help these past months. Memorial can be made to the First Baptist Church School Supply Ministry, which he founded.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at First Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 with Dr. Travis Coleman and Rev. Dave Burns officiating. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the church from 12:30 until the time of service.
