Freida June House

Frieda was preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Hazel Wilson; her brother, Marvin Wilson; sisters Darlene Violette and Katrina Burdette; and a sister by choice, Faith Wilson. Frieda was also preceded in death by her partner George Sellers as well as her first love and father to her children, Paul House.

Frieda is survived by her children Hazel Harsey(Kevan Echols) and Melissa "Missy" Jones. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Paula Harsey, Michelle Brezinski, Naullie Fortner, and great grandchildren Laile Lovejoy and Paisley Cole. She also leaves behind special friends, Gary and Natasha Harsey and Jane Yell along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Ms. House was a woman of strong christian faith. She loved being a mom, grandmother, and great grandmother (Nanny). Her faith,love, kindness and joy will live on in the hearts of those she loved.

Pallbearers will be Langston Wilson, Kevan Echols, Schyler Echols, Gary Harsey, Allen Newton and Naullie Fortner.

Visitation will be held at Ridout's-Brown-Service Prattville Chapel, 347 E Main St, Prattville, Alabama 36067, on June 19, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Ridout's-Brown-Service Prattville Chapel, 347 E Main St, Prattville, Alabama 36067, on June 19, 2026, beginning at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Durden Cemetery.
