CROSBY, James Malcolm, age 84, a resident of Prattville, AL passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013. Visitation will be Monday, May 27, 2013 at First Baptist Church from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral service will follow at the church at 2:00 PM with Dr. Travis Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Crosby is survived by his wife of 64 years, Tene Crosby; one son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Lori Crosby; one daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Keith Shirley; four grandchildren, Keri Stephens, Tara Williams, Stevie Sowell, Kyle Shirley and eight great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Kyle Shirley, Arron Sowell, Trent Williams, Adam Beadlescomb, Mickey Cothran and John Dennis. Honorary pallbearers will be the Prattville YMCA Board of Directors. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Prattville YMCA, 600 Main St., Prattville, AL 36067.
