Jeffrey Blair Stroud, age 59, passed into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 15, 2025. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy “Ann” Day; grandmother, Edna Hall and granddaughter, Cierra Hagemann. He is survived by his children, Kristen Scarpace (Robert), Jonathan Stroud (Summer) and Tiffany Stroud; and his thirteen amazing grandchildren. He is also survived by his former wife, Mary Hagemann and his step children, David Hagemann (Brittany), Erich Hagemann and Jefferey Hagemann (Rachel)
Jeffrey made a lasting impact through his gentle presence and he will forever live on through the lives he touched; and he will forever remain in the hearts of those who know and love him dearly. He was a loving Papa to his grandchildren and they will never forget their time spent together.
