Jonnie Lou Bruner Weedon, 95, of Statesville, Alabama, passed away June 21, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David. She is survived by her three sons, Allen Weedon (Tommi Lee Alford), Cliff Weedon (Ruth Ann) and Wayne Weedon (Dee).
She was deeply loved by her family and affectionately called Mamaw by her grandchildren. Her legacy of love includes seven grandchildren, Steve Weedon (Cindy), June Dorough (Pete), David Weedon (Stephanie), Wendy McFarland, Whitney Weedon, Katelyn Wright (Wesley) and Emily Weedon. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren and a special niece Joy Bruner Willet (Tim).
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Ivy Creek UMC cemetery at 2:00 PM. Serving as Pallbearers will be her sons, Allen, Cliff and Wayne, her two grandsons, Steve and David and Sol Tepper.
