MELTON, Joseph Randall "Joe", 63, a resident of Prattville, AL, passed away in Macon, GA on Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Funeral services were private. Mr. Melton was born on November 8, 1946 in Macon, GA to Margaret and Joe Melton. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He is survived by two sons, Troy and Jason Melton; one daughter, Meda Vater; his mother, Margaret Butler; grandchildren, Kevin Davis, Hannah Melton, Lauren Vater, Brittany Milstead, Nicholas Milstead, Jasmine Watson, Autymn Hollon and Ivyanna Davis; two sisters, Linda Carter and Cathy Brown.
