Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Sunday August 23rd at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Pastors Jeff Fray and Dave Burns officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Goodson was born September 3, 1936 in Autauga County to the late Andrew Everett McKinney and Addie Lee Golson McKinney. She was a woman of many talents and enjoyed quilting, gardening, flowers and art painting.
She is survived by her loving husband of forty years, Ralph Goodson; two daughters and a son in law, Jimmie and Jon Fisher of Prattville, Janie McDuffie of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; four stepchildren, Carl Goodson of Puerto Rico, Larry Goodson and wife Kara of Destin, Fl., Mark Goodson and his wife, Suzy of Key West, Cathy Ortiz and her husband Oscar of Woodstock, Ga.,; one brother Gordon McKinney of Autaugaville; one sister, Ruth Smith of Michigan; a grandson, Seth Henderson and a host of other family members.
Visitation will be held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Sunday.
