POSEY, Kenneth Murray, age 67, a resident of Eclectic, AL passed away Tuesday, May 04, 2010 at his residence. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 7, 2010 at 2:00 PM from Ridout’s Prattville Chapel with Bro. Steve Scarbrough officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Mr. Posey is preceded in death by a daughter, Leslie King; his father, Harvey Posey and brother, Fred Posey. Survivors include his wife, Karen Posey; two sons, Kenny Posey of Zephyr Hills, FL and Richard Posey of Prattville, AL and six grandchildren; his mother, Ronalda Williams; one sister and brother-in-law, Millie and Bill Canter of Plant City, FL; one brother and sister-in-law, Randall and Michelle Posey of Alex City, Al. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at Ridout’s Prattville Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 3054 McGehee Rd., Montgomery, AL 36111.
