I remember meeting Miss Bea Askins at the Autauga Genealogy Society in 1993. She was one of the kindest and funniest people I have ever met. She showed me the ropes of the secretary's job for AGS and encouraged me to become president. Family was important to her in many ways. I will miss her smile and quick wit.
