Nancy’s faith was the foundation of her life. She was a faithful member of Frazer Methodist Church for more than fifty years. Even during her illness, the church’s television ministry enabled her to remain connected to the worship services she loved so dearly. She was especially grateful for the friendships, prayers, cards and encouragement she received from the ladies of her Sunday School class, whose faithful support and love meant so much to her.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the many caregivers who provided Nancy with exceptional care, comfort, and kindness throughout her illness. Special thanks are extended to Dr. McDaniel’s team of Montgomery Cancer Center especially Sarah Passmore; Ida Acher and Teresa Jackson of Gentiva Hospice; and her wonderful caregivers from Home Helpers of Prattville. Their compassion, dedication, and friendship were a tremendous blessing to Nancy and to her family.
