CARTER, Otis L., age 96, a resident of Prattville, AL, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016. Visitation will be Thursday, October 20, 2016 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Ridout's Prattville Chapel followed by graveside services at 2:30 pm in Carter ~ Golson Cemetery, Highway 82 West. Otis was preceded in death by his wife: Gladys L. Carter, son: Bobby Carter and daughter: Patricia Ann Carter. He is survived by his Daughter-in-law: Merrill S. Carter, Sister: Willie Jean Green, grandchildren: Traci Roberson, Mike (Anne Marie) Roberson, Cathee (Bob) Gipson, Steve (Meloni) Carter, Scott Roberson, Amy (Grady) Myers, Nancy (Rex) Simms, Great Grandchildren: Spencer and Stuart Knight, Ben, Justin, Kayla and Michael Roberson, Jersee and Emma Cate Carter, Carter Gipson, David Roberson, Jay and Brody Simms, Great Great Grandchild: Brody Roberson.
